This is an eight-week, small-group program with space to reflect, share, and think things through properly.

We move slowly and intentionally, so you can hear yourself again.

FIRST: Make sense of what's happening

Name what’s changed, understand burnout as a signal, and separate exhaustion from misalignment.

THEN: Update your operating system

Clarify your current values, capacity, and what alignment actually means for you now.

THEN: Decide what's next

Use a grounded decision-making framework to choose whether to stay and reshape, stay and prepare, or prepare to leave.
