You don’t have to change everything.
You just have to stop pretending nothing needs to change.
If you’re here, something has already shifted.
Work feels heavier.
Harder.
Less like you.
You might still be competent. You might even be successful.
But something in you knows this can’t just continue on autopilot.
This program is for that moment.
Not the dramatic exit.
Not the reckless reinvention.
The honest pause.
This is not for someone who wants quick tactics or external validation.
It’s for someone who wants to hear themselves again.
This program follows a clear arc. Not a sprint. A progression.
We begin by slowing down enough to tell the truth.
This phase is about clarity without blame.
Once we see clearly, we update.
This phase is about permission and possibility.
Relaunch does not mean quitting your job.
It means choosing consciously.
You don’t leave with hype.
You leave with a decision that feels steady.
Because physiology and career are not separate conversations.
This arc is intentional.
We rediscover what’s true.
We reimagine what’s possible.
We relaunch with integrity.
The next cohort begins Wednesday, April 2.
This is a small-group, live program designed for thoughtful conversation and reflection. Sessions are held online and recorded for participants who cannot attend live.

During the week of April 23, we pause the regular evening session.
Instead, participants are invited to join optional midday integration and support sessions:
Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday
12:30–1:00 PM Central Time
These small-group spaces are designed for:
• asking questions
• processing insights from the first part of the program
• connecting the dots between career, stress, and midlife transitions
Participants may also request a brief one-on-one conversation during this week if deeper support would be helpful.
The week of April 30 includes a focused conversation on making sense of perimenopause during midlife.
We’ll explore how hormonal changes can influence:
• stress tolerance
• cognitive capacity
• energy and recovery
• career decision-making
Because physiology and career are not separate conversations.
• 8 live weekly sessions (60 minutes each)
• Small cohort format
• Guided reflection and structured conversations
• Optional integration week support sessions
• Dedicated midlife & perimenopause conversation
You don’t have to have the answers before you begin.
You just have to be willing to pause long enough to hear your own.
Registration for the April cohort is now open.
